North Georgia BMX Show
This time the journey was short, at least for the ramps. We were happy to perform for students at Belwood Elementary in Calhoun, GA. Our ramps and equipment is actually based out of Calhoun, which is North of Atlanta, GA. Riders made their way over from Atlanta and South Carolina to showcase BMX Freestyle in two destinct forms, ramp riding and flatland. The ramp riding is obvious, riders launch into the air with flips and spins, but flatland is often unknown to audiences and a real treat to watch. It's like breakdancing on a bike! Our performance also included wise words on perseverance, hard work to achieve the students goals, advice on building skillsets, and encouragement to inspire others.
We presented our Original School Assembly/BMX Show (pricing can be found on our Pricing & Types page) in a small gym with a full basketball court. With 400 students in attendance, we used the cones that we provide to block off half of the gym for student seating and left half of the gym for the bmx riders to perform. Full audio (mics, speakers, etc) is always included.
